Setup your DocuSign Account

Overview: To send "long forms" in Spry, Admin users can link Spry to a DocuSign account. Follow the steps in the guide below to setup your DocuSign account. 

  1. Navigate to your Admin portal. 
  2. Select "Paperwork".
  3. Select the "Templates" banner.
  4. Select the blue "New Template" button on the right side of the screen.
  5. Select "Long Form".
    • If following this process for the first time, this step will trigger an email invitation from DocuSign to register and link your account.
  6. Navigate to your email account and locate the email from DocuSign.
  7. Follow the instructions in the email to activate/setup your DocuSign account.
  8. Return to Spry.
  9. REPEAT: Navigate to your Admin portal. 
  10. Select "Paperwork".
  11. Select the "Templates" banner.
  12. Select the blue "New Template" button on the right side of the screen.
  13. Select "Long Form".
    • You will now be redirected to link your DocuSign account. Follow the prompts on the screen. After the link has been completed, you will automatically be returned to Spry. 
  14. REPEAT: Navigate to your Admin portal. 
  15. Select "Paperwork".
  16. Select the "Templates" banner.
  17. Select the blue "New Template" button on the right side of the screen.
  18. Select "Long Form".
  19. You will now be able to enter the DocuSign portal and begin creating your long forms.
