Change a Student-Athlete's Email Address

Overview: Administrators and Coaches can quickly change the email address associated with a student-athlete's Spry account directly from their SA Profile. 

1. Click the "Roster" icon on the navigation bar.
2. Select "Roster Management".
3. Locate the profile of the Student-Athlete you need to update.
4. Click into the Student-Athlete's profile.

5. Click "Edit Profile" in the top right hand corner of the screen.

   

6. Type in the updated email address under the "Email" field.

   

7. Click "Save Changes". The updated email address you entered will now be the email associated with the Student-Athlete's Spry account.

   

8. The final step is to communicate the change with the student-athlete:

   1. If Single Sign-On (SSO) is configured for your school, you will just need to direct the student-athlete to open the Spry app and enter the updated school email address when logging in.
   2. If SSO is not configured for your school, you can resend the student-athlete's invite from the "Settings" tab on their profile, or copy their invitation link and share it with them directly.
