How to Change a PSA's Slate ID

Overview: At any time, a PSA's Slate ID can be updated if it is not matched with the correct profile in Slate.

Step 1: Navigate to your PSA List in Spry.

Step 2: Locate the PSA you need to update the Slate ID for.

Step 3: Click into their PSA Profile.

Step 4: At the top of the PSA's Profile, click into the "Slate Data" tab.

Step 5: The PSA's Slate ID will be listed at the top. To update it, simply click into the data field and enter the correct ID, then click "Save".

Step 6: The PSA's Profile will re-sync with the correct, updated Slate ID during the next scheduled data sync.
