Overview: Review the key terms associated with the Spry Admissions Tracker.
What is the Spry Admissions Tracker?
Spry's Admissions Tracker bridges the gap between your athletic department and admissions office. It automates the exchange of prospective student-athlete (PSA) data between Spry and Slate, eliminating spreadsheet chaos and bringing full visibility into the admissions process.
Key Terms
Slate Integrated: If you see this symbol, it means the PSA's Spry profile has been added to the Slate/Admissions Tracker and is synced for data exchange between Spry and Slate. Note: if a PSA was just added to the Slate/Admissions Tracker, the data will not sync until the next specified data exchange.
- Watchlist: The Watchlist includes all Slate updates that have occurred within a PSA's profile on your PSA List, with the most recent updates at the top.
- Old Value: indicates the value of the data field prior to the most recent data exchange
- New Value: indicates the updated value of the data field following the most recent data exchange
Starred PSAs: The Starred PSAs function allows Coaches and Admin to separate high-priority PSAs from the rest of the PSAs that have been added to the Admissions Tracker. Starred PSAs have their own separate tab within the Watchlist.
