Add student-athlete tags

Overview: As an Admin, you can quickly assign tags to student-athletes. 

Creating Tags: From SA Tag Page

Learn how to create tags from the "Student Athlete Tags" page. 

  1. Navigate to "Roster" then select “Student Athlete Tags” in your vertical navigation bar.
  2. To create a new tag, click "+ Add Tag".
  3. Type the name of the tag you'd like to create.
  4. Then, click "Add".

Assign Tags: From SA Tag Page

Learn how to assign tags from the "Student Athlete Tags" page. 

  1. From the "Student Athlete Tags" page, click the "+" button next to the tag you've created to add SAs to that tag.
  2. You can assign this tag to SAs by individual (name) or by filter.

Assigning Tags: From Team Roster

Learn how to assign tags from a team's roster. page. 

  1. Navigate to "Roster".
  2. Select the team roster you wish to view.  
  3. Locate the SA you'd like to tag.
  4. Under the "Tags" column, click to add a new tag. 
  5. You can select from a previously created tag OR create a new tag. 
  6. To create a new tag, click "+ Add Tag".Screenshot_2023-04-20_at_9.35.13_AM.png
  7. Type the tag you'd like to create, then click "Add".
  8. Once the tag has been added, simply click the tag to assign it to that SA. 
  9. You can always remove the tag from that SA by clicking the "X" next to the tag. 
  10. To edit a tag, hover over the tag and select the pencil icon.
  11. To permanently delete a tag, hover over the tag and select the trash can icon. 

 

Bulk Add Tags: From Team Roster

Learn how to assign tags in bulk from a team's roster. page. 

  1. When viewing a team's roster, select the check box next to the SAs you'd like to tag.
  2. Select the "Assign Tags" button at the top. Screenshot_2023-04-20_at_9.40.27_AM.png
  3. Select the tag you'd like to add to these SAs.
  4. Click "Assign tags". 
  5. These tags will now be assigned to all SAs you've selected.
