Overview: At the beginning of an academic year, a Coach can audit, update, and submit their roster for admin approval. This is known as the "Roster Declaration" process in Spry.
- Begin in your Coach portal.
- Using the vertical navigation bar on the left side of the screen, select “Roster” and "Roster Management".
- Before submitting your roster from Roster Management screen, you can:
- Add student-athletes to your roster
- Update roster status
- Once your roster has been updated and prepared for the academic year, navigate to the red message bar at the top of the Roster Management page (see video below).
- Select "Submit for review".
- This will submit your roster for Admin approval.
- Once your administrator reviews and approves your roster, new student-athletes will be invited to activate their Spry account.
- Need to make changes? You can always make changes to your roster on Spry which will notify your administrator.
