Overview: Coaches can easily request roster changes when a SA leaves their program.
- Click the "Roster" icon on the side navigation bar.
- Select "Roster Management".
- From your roster, select the checkbox next to the name of the student-athlete who needs to be removed.
- Then, locate the "Roster Status" dropdown at the top of the screen.
- Click the Roster Status dropdown menu.
- Select from the status options (such as Cut from team, Quit team, etc.).
- Once the new status has been selected, click the green "Request change" button on the right side of the screen.
- Note: This will now submit this request to your admin team for approval. Once approved, you will see the SA appear on your roster with their status changed.
- To completely remove from the roster: Your admin must select the "Deactivate" button from the settings on the student-athlete's profile. Only admin have the ability to deactivate.
