Remove a SA from your roster

Overview: Coaches can easily request roster changes when a SA leaves their program.

  1. Click the "Roster" icon on the side navigation bar. 
  2. Select "Roster Management".
  3. From your roster, select the checkbox next to the name of the student-athlete who needs to be removed.
  4. Then, locate the "Roster Status" dropdown at the top of the screen.Screenshot 2023-11-15 at 12.48.37 PM.png
  5. Click the Roster Status dropdown menu. Screenshot 2023-11-15 at 12.50.13 PM.png
  6. Select from the status options (such as Cut from team, Quit team, etc.).
  7. Once the new status has been selected, click the green "Request change" button on the right side of the screen.Screenshot 2023-11-15 at 12.53.23 PM.png
  8. Note: This will now submit this request to your admin team for approval. Once approved, you will see the SA appear on your roster with their status changed. 
  9. To completely remove from the roster: Your admin must select the "Deactivate" button from the settings on the student-athlete's profile. Only admin have the ability to deactivate.Screenshot 2023-11-15 at 12.56.23 PM.png
