Overview: As an Admin, you can easily share recruiting forms and materials with PSAs with Spry Recruiting.
Option #1: From the "Recruiting Forms" page
Learn how to send forms from the "Recruiting Forms" page.
- Navigate to “Recruiting” at the top of your screen.
- Select “Recruiting Forms.”
Navigate to your form templates and select the form you want to send to a PSA.
Once you've found the correct template, click “Send.”
- Select the PSA or multiple PSAs to whom you’d like to send this form. You can filter by "Graduation Year" or "Team" to make searching for a PSA easier.
Once you’ve selected the PSAs, click “Send.” PSAs will now receive an email that they have a form to complete.
Option #2: From "PSA List" page
Learn how to send forms from the "PSA List" page.
- Navigate to “Recruiting” and “PSA List” in your vertical navigation bar.
Click "View PSAs" next to the team you're looking for. In the upper right hand corner you can also search by name or switch to a centralized view.
- Click the box next to the desired PSA.
Locate the "More Actions" box and there you will see the option to "Send Form."
Choose your desired form and click "Send."
Option #3: From "PSA Profile" page

- Navigate to “Recruiting” and “PSA List” in your vertical navigation bar.
Using the icon in upper right hand corner, switch to the a centralized view.
- Locate and click on the PSAs name to whom you’d like to send a form. Remember, you can search by name or use filters when searching.
Within the PSAs profile, click the "Send Forms" icon in the communication box.
- Select the form you'd like to send.
Once selected, click “Send.” PSAs will now receive an email with a form to complete.
One quick tip: You can always preview forms you’ve sent to a PSA under the "Forms" tab on their profile. You can even copy a link to the form to send a text message or other communications.
