Send Recruiting Forms

Overview: As an Admin, you can easily share recruiting forms and materials with PSAs with Spry Recruiting. 

Option #1: From the "Recruiting Forms" page

Learn how to send forms from the "Recruiting Forms" page.

1. Navigate to “Recruiting” at the top of your screen.
2. Select “Recruiting Forms”.
3. You can navigate to your form templates and select the form you want to send to a PSA.
4. Click “Send”.
5. Then, select the PSA or multiple PSAs to whom you’d like to send this form. You can filter by Class Year to make searching for a PSA easier.
6. Once you’ve selected the PSAs, click “Send”. PSAs will now receive an email that they have a form to complete.

Option #2: From "PSA List" page

Learn how to send forms from the "PSA List" page.

1. Navigate to “Recruiting” and “PSA List” in your vertical navigation bar.
2. Click the box next to your chosen PSA(s). Remember, you can search by name or use filters when searching.
Then, select the "Send Forms" button at the top of the screen. 
3. Please just select the form you'd like to send.
4. Then, click "Send".

Option #3: From "PSA Profile" page

Learn how to send forms from the "PSA Profile" page.

1. Navigate to “Recruiting” and “PSA List” in your vertical navigation bar.
2. Locate the PSA to whom you’d like to send this form. Remember, you can search by name or use filters when searching.
3. Next, select “View Profile”.
4. Click the “Send” button and select “Forms”.
5. Then, select the form you'd like to send.
6. Once selected, click “Send”. PSAs will now receive an email with a form to complete.
One quick tip: You can always view forms you’ve sent to a PSA on their PSA profile. You can even copy a link to the form to send a text message or other communications.
