Add a recruiting expense

Overview: As a Coach, you can easily add recruiting expenses in the Spry platform.

Recruiting Expenses

Learn how to add recruiting expenses in Spry. Our tools allow you to attach important documentation to each expense. 

With Spry Recruiting, you can quickly log recruiting expenses and submit for Administrator approval.

  1. Navigate to “Recruiting” in your vertical navigation bar.
  2. Select “Recruiting Events”.
  3. Find the recruiting event for which the expense is associated.
  4. Select "See Details".
  5. Click the “+” button next to Expenses
  6. Then, complete the expense form:
    • Enter the expense name and description
    • Select the expense category
    • Add the dollar amount
    • Select the transaction date
    • Attach a receipt
    • Type your name and verify your name as your digital signature.
  7. When finished, click the blue "Submit Expense" button.

Your expense will now be submitted for administrator approval.


View Recruiting Expenses

Learn how to view any recruiting expense that has been previously submitted. 

  1. Navigate to “Recruiting” in your vertical navigation bar.
  2. Select "Expenses".
  3. Here you, can review all expenses that you have submitted.
