Tagging in PSA Notes

Overview: As a Coach, you have the ability to tag your coaching staff and/or your administrators in a note within a PSA's profile. This will send them an email and push notification, alerting them to the note you've added. 

Tag a Coach or Administrator in a PSA Note

  1. Navigate to Recruiting, then "PSA List".
  2. Locate the PSA's profile for whom you wish to add a note to. See THIS GUIDE for a step by step on adding, editing, and deleting PSA notes. 
  3. In the middle of the PSA profile, you will find the "Documents" section.Screenshot 2025-01-09 at 3.11.21 PM.png
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to locate the notes text box.Screenshot 2025-01-09 at 3.14.39 PM.png
  5. Click into the text box to begin typing your note.
  6. To tag another coach or administrator in the note, select the "@" symbol above the text box, or simply type the "@" symbol on your keyboard.Screenshot 2025-01-09 at 3.11.28 PM.png
  7. Start typing the user's name that you wish to tag and select that user. You may tag more than one user in a note.Screenshot 2025-01-09 at 3.14.30 PM.png
  8. Complete your note and click the Screenshot 2025-01-09 at 3.21.56 PM.png button.
  9. This will publish your note and alert the user(s) you've tagged in the note via email and push notification in the Spry app.Screenshot 2025-01-09 at 3.58.22 PM.png

 

Review a PSA Note that you've been Tagged in

  1. If you've been tagged in a note on a PSA's profile by an administrator or another member of your coaching staff, you will be alerted via email and a push notification in the Spry app.
  2. To review, click on "View Notes" within the email notification you received. This will take you directly to the PSA's profile and the note you've been tagged in.Screenshot 2025-01-09 at 3.40.10 PM.png
  3. Or, you can click on the notifications bell in the top right hand corner of the screen on your Spry homepage and click into the notification from there.Screenshot 2025-01-09 at 3.46.43 PM.png
