Overview: This guide will provide instructions for assigning a form to a PSA to complete.
Assign a form
Follow the steps below to send a form to a PSA.
1. Start in your Coach portal.
2. Navigate to "SprySign".
3. Locate the form you wish to assign.
4. Select the "Assign" button. Alternatively, selecting the 3 dots on the right side of the screen, you will see the option to "Send".
5. After clicking "Send", you will be directed to the Send Packet screen.
6. First, type in the PSA's email address, First, and Last Name.
7. Next, set form visibility. This step will allow other users to see the form submissions. Pro tip: Choose other coaches who should have visibility into the responses for this packet.
8. Next, choose whether to notifications to the recipients. Pro tip: Choose yes to ensure PSAs receive email notifications.
9. Add an optional message that your recipient will receive when being notified to complete the packet. The PSA will see the message when completing the form.
10. When finished, click the "Assign" button in the bottom right corner.
11. You will receive a notification indicating that the packet has been sent successfully.
12. Navigate to the "Sent" tab in your SprySign portal to view all sent packets and begin tracking submissions.
13. You can also track form responses by selecting the "Submissions" button for that form on your main SprySign dashboard.
