Overview: Learn how to request and/or transfer your Comp Tickets for your next game or competition.
Note: your Compliance Administrator must have the Comp Ticket Request configured in order for you to submit your request.
- Sign in to your Spry account via the Spry mobile app.
- Navigate to your Calendar.
- Find the event that you'd like to request comp tickets for and click into it.
- Click "Request Comp Tickets". (Note: if you are not seeing this option, it's because your compliance administrator doesn't have Comp Ticket Requests turned on for this event. Please reach out to your administrator directly.)
- At the top of the screen, you will see how many tickets you have access to and how many of them you have claimed and/or transferred. If your administrator has set a closing time for the comp ticket requests, you will see a banner at the very top indicating when.
- In the middle of the screen, you will see two options:
- Claim: click here to claim the ticket for a guest. You will then be prompted to enter in your guest's information before submitting.
- Transfer: click here to transfer your comp ticket to another student-athlete on your team. You will be prompted to select a teammate from a list.
- You will need to repeat Step 6 for each ticket that's available to you. Swipe left across the screen to move onto the next ticket.
- Each ticket will update to show whether you have claimed it or transferred it and to whom.
