Request a Change to a Submitted Form

Overview: This guide will teach you how to Request a Change to a form that's been submitted for your review in SprySign. *Note: changes can only be requested during an Approval step in the workflow.

Step 1: Click "SprySign" in your admin Portal.

Step 2: From your SprySign home screen, click on "Action Required" to view all submissions requiring your review.

Step 3: Click the "Review" button to the right of the packet.

Step 4: Click "Request Change" on the right hand side of the screen.

Step 5: Select all of the fields within the form that require updating. *Note: only the fields you select during this step will be editable by the user when you send it back to them. All other fields will remain locked.

Step 6: Once you've selected all of the fields that need to be changed, click "Request Changes". The total number of fields you have selected for updating will show in parenthesis.

Step 7: Add a message letting the user know what needs to be changed, and click "Send". The initial submitter of the form will be notified that changes have been requested. You will be notified again when they resubmit the form with their updates.
