Review an External Signer's Information

Overview: This guide will show you how to locate the information that was entered for an External Signer step in a workflow after it has been sent. The information will include the External Signer's Name and Email Address, Email Status (failed, not opened, opened), and a direct link to the form that can be copied and shared.

  1. Click "SprySign" in your admin Portal.

  2. From your SprySign home screen, locate the packet, and click on "See Submissions".

  3. Locate the submission you need the External Signer information for and click into it. This will bring you to the "Details" view.

  4. On the right hand side of the screen, underneath the "Workflow" section, locate the External Signer step and click into the dropdown.

  5. This will expand the details of the External Signer step, giving you insight into the following:

    1. External Signer's Name as it was entered when the packet was sent.
    2. External Signer's Email Address as it was entered when the packet was sent.
    3. Packet Link: Copy the direct link to this packet to share it with the External Signer for completion if needed.
    4. Email Status: Not Opened, Opened, or Failed (i.e. email did not successfully send).
