Workflow Step Selection

Overview: This guide will show you how to choose which workflow step to display when reviewing submitted forms in the "Details" view. This enhancement allows you to quickly search and select a workflow step to locate forms and find the information you need. It's especially helpful for multi-step workflows that involve submitters and approvers.

  1. Click "SprySign" in your admin Portal.

  2. From your SprySign home screen, locate the packet you need to review, and click on "See Submissions".

  3. At the top of the page, click on the "Details" view.

  4. On the left side of your screen, you will see a dropdown that's labeled "Last Completed Workflow Step." Click into this dropdown to select which workflow step you would like visible, and the names of the individuals who were assigned that step will populate below for easy viewing and searching. *Note: if a submission has not yet made it to the selected step in the workflow, you will not see it populate here.
