View Facility Calendars

Overview: As a coach, you can view dedicated facility calendars in the Spry platform. Please note: Facilities are only visible if added by your Administrative team.

1. Navigate to your Spry Coach Portal.
2. On your vertical navigation bar, click the "Team Management" icon. Then, select "Facility Management".
   
3. To view a facility calendar, select the "View facility" button on the right side of the screen.
   
4. You will now be able to view any events scheduled at that particular facility. For example: If you share a facility with another team, their events will be visible here. 
   
5. As a reminder, learn how to choose facilities when creating your events (GUIDE). Doing so publishes them to the facility calendar for other coaches and admins to see!
