Overview: Spry's calendar allows Admin to filter your calendar view. With the filter tools, you can search by individual calendar, team calendar, tags, facilities, or event category.
View Individual Calendars
Use this filter tool to search for an individual's calendar.
1. Navigate to your Calendar.
2. Locate the filters section on the left side of the screen.
3. In the box labeled "Search individual", type the name of individual or individuals whose calendar you wish to view. Note: You can select up to 5 individuals at once.
4. If this individual has an active Spry account, select their name from the dropdown menu that appears.
5. Once you've selected the name(s) of the individual(s) whose calendar you'd like to view, select the "Apply filters" button at the bottom left of the screen.
View Team Calendars
Use this filter tool to search for an team calendar.
1. Navigate to your Calendar.
2. Locate the filters section on the left side of the screen.
3. Click into the the box labeled "Search for team".
4. Type the name of the team OR click the team name from the dropdown menu. Note: You can choose up to 5 teams at once.
5. Select the team (or teams) whose calendars you wish to view.
6. Once you've selected the team(s), select the "Apply filters" button at the bottom left of the screen.
Filter by Tags
Use this filter to sort your calendar by tags that you or other administrators have created.
1. Navigate to your Calendar.
2. Locate the filters section on the left side of the screen.
3. Click "Filter by tag". All tags that have been created by you or another administrator will appear.
4. Check the box next to the tag or tags that you wish to filter by. For example, if you wish to see the calendar for all Student Volunteers, select the tag labeled as such.
5. Once you've selected your tag(s), select the "Apply filters" button at the bottom left of the screen.
Filter by facility
Use this filter to sort your calendar to view all events at a specific facility.
1. Navigate to your Calendar.
2. Locate the filters section on the left side of the screen.
3. Click "Filter by facilities". All facilities that have been created by you or another administrator will appear.
4. Click to select the facility you wish to view.
5. Once you've selected the facility you wish to view, select the "Apply filters" button at the bottom left of the screen. You will now see any/all events scheduled at that particular facility.
Filter by Event Category
Use this filter to sort your calendar by event categories.
1. Navigate to your Calendar.
2. Locate the filters section on the left side of the screen.
3. Click "Event Category". All event categories will appear.
4. Check the box next to the event category or categories that you wish to sort by.
5. Once you've selected the event category or categories you wish to filter by, select then "Apply filters" button at the bottom left of the screen.
