Overview: Spry's facility management tool allows Admin to add or delete facilities. After a facility is created and turned on, Spry users will be able to select this facility when creating events.
Add a Facility
Learn how to create a new facility in Spry.
1. Navigate to your Spry Admin Portal.
2. On your horizontal navigation bar, click "Calendar". Then, select "Facility Management".
3. To add a new facility, click the blue "New facility" button in the top right corner.
4. Next, enter all facility information.
5. Then, click the blue "Add facility" button to create this new facility.
6. Your facility will now be available for all Spry admin and coaches to select when creating an event on their calendar. Events created with a facility will be visible on your calendar when you filter by facility.
Delete a Facility
Use this filter tool to search for an team calendar.
1. Navigate to your Spry Admin Portal.
2. On your horizontal navigation bar, click "Calendar". Then, select "Facility Management".
3. Locate the facility you wish to delete and click "View Facility".
4. In the top right corner, you have options to turn the facility on/off, edit the facility, or delete the facility.
5. To delete the facility, click the red "Delete" button. Then, confirm that you wish to delete the facility.
6. Once a facility has been deleted, Spry admin and coaches can no longer select this facility when creating events.
