Request or Transfer Comp Tickets (Administrator)

Overview: Learn how to request and/or transfer your Comp Tickets for a game or competition as an Administrator.

*This must be completed on the Spry Mobile App.

Note: your department's Comp Ticket Administrator must have the Comp Ticket Request configured in order for you to submit your request.

  1. Sign in to your Spry account via the Spry mobile app. Comp Ticket Requests are not accessible on the desktop version of Spry.
  2. Navigate to your Calendar.
  3. Use the "Search" function in the top right corner of the screen to search for the team's calendar.
  4. Navigate to the date of the event that you'd like to request comp tickets for and click into the event.
  5. Click "Request Comp Tickets". (Note: if you are not seeing this option, it's because your comp ticket administrator doesn't have Comp Ticket Requests turned on for this event yet. Please reach out to this administrator directly.)
  6. At the top of the screen, you will see how many tickets you have access to and how many of them you have claimed and/or transferred. If your administrator has set a closing time for the comp ticket requests, you will see a banner at the very top indicating when.
  7. In the middle of the screen, you will see two options:
    1. Claim: click here to claim the ticket for a guest. You will then be prompted to enter in your guest's information before submitting.
    2. Transfer: click here to transfer your comp ticket to another coach or administrator. You will be prompted to select them from a list.
  8. You will need to repeat Step 6 for each ticket that's available to you. Swipe left across the screen to move onto the next ticket.
  9. Each ticket will update to show whether you have claimed it or transferred it and to whom.

*If at any time you need to make a change to your Comp Ticket assignments, please contact your department's Comp Ticket administrator directly.
