Track Campaign Performance with Email Campaign Metrics

Overview: This guide will walk you through the Email Campaign Metrics dashboard and how to track the performance of each Email Campaign you send.

Know exactly who’s opening your emails, clicking links, and engaging with your content so you can prioritize your most interested recruits.

Email Campaign Metrics Homepage

1. Navigate to SpryMail by clicking into the "Recruiting" dropdown within the menu on the left side of your Coach Portal, then click "SpryMail".

2. Click on "Email Campaign" on the left side of your screen. This will show you a list of all of the campaigns that have been sent by you and your coaching staff.

On this page, you can find basic details and metrics for each campaign you've sent, including:

  • Campaign Status: Indicates whether it is Sent, Sending, or Canceled. This will show to the right of the Campaign Title.
  • Total Recipients: How many PSAs you sent this Campaign to.
  • Delivery Rate: How many PSAs successfully received this Email Campaign to their inbox.
  • Open Rate: How many PSAs have opened your Campaign Email.

You can quickly locate a specific Campaign using the Search Bar at the top or the Filter tool in the top right corner of the screen.


Track Campaign Performance with Detailed Metrics

1. To view detailed metrics of a specific Campaign, click "View details" on the right hand side.

2. At the top of the page, you will see three tabs available to you: Overview, Compliance Report, and Activity.

  • Overview: Displays basic campaign information and high level graphs that report on Delivery Status, Conversions, and Click Through Rate.
  • Compliance Report: SpryMail automatically checks messages against Bylaw 13 rules such as shutdown period and 1st permissible dates. This report will flag any potential violations pertaining to the Campaign.
  • Activity: This tab will break down the metrics user by user. See which of the PSAs you sent the campaign to have opened the email, clicked on the link(s) in the email, unsubscribed, and/or bounced.
