Overview: This guide will walk you through the basic details of each tab within your SpryMail Portal.

To view SpryMail, click into the "Recruiting" dropdown within the menu on the left side of your Coach Portal, then click "SpryMail".
SpryMail: Home Screen/Inbox
SpryMail will always default to your Inbox when you open it. This is where all email replies from PSAs will live.
Unread Emails - All unread emails will be in bolded lettering.
Starred Emails - Have an email reply that is high priority or that you need to come back to? Click the Star next to it to add it to your Starred list. You can use the filters at the top to come back to your Starred emails at any time.
Reply, Reply All, and Forward - You can continue the conversation directly from your Inbox in Spry, with options to Reply, Reply All or Forward the email. All replies will continue to come from your email address.
Search and "Filter by" - Use the search box or filters to narrow down your inbox. Filter by Starred, Read, or Unread Emails, or filter by a specific date range.
Bulk Actions - Use the checkboxes in the top left corner of each email reply to select multiple replies and take bulk actions on them, such as to Mark as Read, Mark as Unread, Star, Unstar, or Delete.
SpryMail: SEND
Click the "SEND" button to send a 1:1 email to a PSA or to create an Email Campaign.

SpryMail: Email Campaign
View and access all Email Campaigns that have been sent out + campaign metrics. Check out the guides below for more information on sending campaigns and tracking more detailed campaign metrics.
Status of Campaign - The current sending status of the campaign (i.e. Sent, Sending, or Canceled) can be found to the right of the Campaign Title.
Basic Campaign Metrics - View basic Campaign Metrics, such as how many recipients it was sent to (Recipients), how many recipients successfully received the email (Delivery Rate), and how many recipients have opened the email (Open Rate).
View Details - To view more detailed Campaign Metrics, the Compliance Report, and Email Activity, click the "View details" button.
Star a Campaign - Have a Campaign that is high priority or that you need to come back to? Click the Star next to it to add it to your Starred list. You can use the filters at the top to come back to your Starred Campaigns at any time.
Bulk Actions - Use the checkboxes to the left of each Campaign title to select multiple Campaigns and take bulk actions on them, such as to Star, Archive, or Export.
Search for a Campaign - Use the search bar to locate a specific Campaign.
Filter your Campaigns List - Use the filters button to narrow down your list of Campaigns. You can filter by your Starred Campaigns or a specific date range.
Export - Use the Export button to export a Compliance Report or a Campaign Report.
Archived Campaigns - Click the "Archived" button to view any Campaigns you had archived in the past.
SpryMail: Sent
View all emails that you have sent to PSAs.
View Activity - Click into the "View Activity" button for any sent email to see which PSAs have opened the email and timestamps of when it was opened.
Starred Emails - Did you send an email that is high priority or that you might need to come back to later? Click the Star next to it to add it to your Starred list. You can use the filters at the top to come back to your Starred sent emails at any time.
Reply, Reply All, and Forward - You can follow up on the conversation directly from your Sent tab in Spry, with options to Reply, Reply All or Forward the email. All replies will continue to come from your email address.

SpryMail: Scheduled
View all emails that have been scheduled to send at a later date. To learn how to Schedule an Email, please see THIS GUIDE.
Make a Change to a Scheduled Email - You can make changes to your scheduled emails at anytime leading up to the scheduled date. Use the icons in the top right corner of the scheduled email to send the email now, edit the date and/or time of when you would like it to send, edit the email content, preview the email, or delete the scheduled emailed (i.e. cancel the scheduled send).
Review Recipients - To review which PSAs are scheduled to receive the email, click the gray recipients button in the bottom right corner of the email.
Search - Use the search bar to search for a Scheduled Email.
