Overview: This guide will walk you through how to schedule a Campaign or 1:1 Email to be sent at a later date.
This article covers the following:
Scheduling Your Email for a Later Date/Time
1. After you have composed your Email in SpryMail, selected the recipient(s), and configured the Email Settings, click "Schedule" in the bottom corner of the screen.
2. Select the Date on the calendar that you wish to schedule the email for.
3. Select the Time you want the email to send at on that date.
4. Click "Schedule".
Reviewing and Making Changes to Scheduled Emails
You can view and manage all of your scheduled emails by clicking on the "Scheduled" tab on the left side of your SpryMail homepage.
From here, you can use the icons in the top right corner of each email to do the following:
- Send Now: This will send the email immediately to the recipient(s).
- Edit Schedule: Change the date and/or time that you want the email to be sent.
- Edit Email: Edit the content, recipients, and/or settings of the scheduled email.
- Preview Email: Preview what the email that is scheduled to be sent looks like.

Delete Email: No longer wish to send this email? This will stop the email from being sent at the specified date and time and remove it from your Scheduled tab.
