Overview: This guide will show you how to quickly access all SpryMail email communications associated with a specific PSA directly from the PSA’s profile.
Within each PSA Profile, the Activities tab serves as a centralized communication log and includes every email that has been sent to and received from that PSA. This includes messages across the entire coaching staff, ensuring full visibility into all interactions in one place.
By referencing this tab, coaches can easily stay informed, maintain continuity in communication, and avoid duplicate outreach.
Viewing Email Communications on the "Activities" tab of the PSA Profile
1. Click into the "Recruiting" dropdown within the menu on the left side of your Coach Portal, then click "PSA List".
2. Locate the PSA's Profile, and click into it.
3. The "Activities" tab is located in the middle of the screen. This is where all SpryMail email communications are tracked, along with other Recruiting-related activities such as Official/Unofficial Visits, Phone Calls, and Evaluations.
4. You can use the the filters at the top of the Activities tab to narrow down the list by searching for a keyword, selecting a date range, and/or selecting Emails in the "Categories" dropdown.
